Vetted access for institutional allocators.

TrancheBook is not open self-signup. We vet every account so the customer base stays uniformly accredited and so our broker partner can route IOIs without per-deal due diligence on the requester. Approval is human-gated; turnaround is typically two business days.

What to expect

1. Tell us who you are
Institutional context, mandate, accredited-investor status, and where you'd use the platform.
2. We verify your status
Accredited-investor verification follows SEC Reg D Rule 506(c) standards. Most institutional accounts complete this with an attestation letter or third-party verification.
3. A human responds
You'll hear from Ben (founder) within two business days. We schedule a short intro call before the account is opened.
Tell us about you
All fields are reviewed by a human. We use this only to evaluate the application and to schedule the intro call.

Mandate, sectors of interest, current research workflow — whatever helps us evaluate fit.

We'll only use these details to evaluate your application and to schedule the intro call. We don't share applicant data with anyone outside TrancheBook.

TrancheBook is a financial publisher and research platform — not a broker-dealer. Indications of interest submitted on the platform are routed to our registered broker-dealer partner, Rainmaker Securities, on a flat-fee basis. The ranking engine is architecturally walled off from broker fee economics. Access is limited to accredited investors as defined under SEC Reg D Rule 501(a). Submitting this form does not create an investment-advisory relationship.
